Saturday workouts are usually my favorites because we get to work in teams.  Today, we started with burpees over the bar and deadlifts in ascending reps of 3.  This was a 1-1 ratio so you or your teammate would do the burpees/deadlifts, then you would do them.  Afterwards, we worked up to a heavy deadlift.  Many athletes PR’d today, even though it’s was a tough two week cycle.
